my feelings have gone
flesh cold an numb
I’m staring into winter

All’s slowin down
snow in the wheels
Frost on the ground
ice cuts the seal
That opens up old wounds
that lets in the winter
Memories and hopes
are all that I have
But are they all I need
will they see me
through this winter
